So ive been changing the manifold volume on the stock tune to get a better base line. To add to that, vcm suite for E92 previously did not have the P0101 Max airflow delta adjustments. I tried dropping the manifold volume as small as 5L but in my case it only changed a single 2 second long lean condition into a triple lean/rich/lean/rich/lean surge. Put the timing back in it then you can clean up MAF and VVE as you go. You can raise intake manifold volume to help though. Timing at idle is low and part throttle is a little off in some spots. Then Your lower intake manifold spacers are probably changing your plenum volume changing fuelling calculations.
