For my 3070 Twin Edge OC, I use 60% fan speed when its at 0°-50° (its under my desk and its actually a fairly quiet card) then it boosts to 70% when it gets to 60°, then 80% when it gets to 70°, and then 100% speed when its 80°+. Everything operates normally with exception of the fans. Really re-enforces water cooling but it looks like I've got a good 3070 OC chip for $560 + Tax.
